This place is okay, but honestly if you want a great burger got to Chili's, it's even in the same parking lot at Eastridge Mall, in San Jose, CA. I've gotten crappy service, and lackadaisical attitudes from their waitresses and waiters, on more than one occassion. My neice and I, had to ask one waitress three times to sing happy birthday to my sister. Finally we got our bill and still no birthday treat, nor song. Finally after asking a third time they did sing HB, but only half heartedly. This was for my sisters birthday (on her actual birthday). I drove all the way from Eureka, California (324 miles) to celebrate with my sister. I brought a good friend, too and he was not impressed either. Sis took me to Chili's the next day, and I have to admit they were way better. Better service, better attitudes, and honestly better burgers! While we were there my sister told the waitress that two women were seriously making out and her kids were watching them. The waitress got the manager, however, the manager did nothing. I won't go back again, besides Chili's is way better and the same prices.
We spent a total of $82 and tipped $10 dollars. I told my sis I wouldn't even leave a tip, but she said that the waitress probably needs it, but she will not go back again. It was the manager she was unhappy with, not the waitress. It was a crappy birthday for my sister, and she chose this place. . .

I would give them two stars as they aren't the best, but they are supposed to be kid/family friendly.
However, my children got an eyeful and so did my guests on my birthday 2/16/11. I asked the manger to please ask two women who were seriously making out to tone it down (these two women were going for the shock factor). the manager said in a feeble voice, I don't want anyone to be unhappy, as she stood there and said nothing. In fact she never said a word to the two women, as i stood there unhappy, with my unhappy guests and two children. I didn't say ask them to leave (which was what I would have preferred) but I didn't say that, I said tone it down. I am not homophobic, nor am I religious, but when you have children in tow this was so inappropriate and the the woman manager wouldn't say a word! I had a party of five, two being children .
